About Annette ....
Formally educated in Connecticut received her Bachelors of Arts, Wesleyan University, Middletown, Annette later earned her Executive Masters in Business Administration and Health Care Sector Management & Policy, from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida.
Annette is now is actively and passionately pursuing her career enjoying the rigors of self-employment and business entrepreneurship through AMChang Consultants created to positively affect her clients’ life by providing individual and business solutions which, educate and allow them to secure their health and wealth through innovative solutions to their most pressing business needs.
As Annash Associates, Annette offered consultation on health, life and all supplemental insurance products designed to incorporate the total life events needs of the individual whether they are an independent business owner, part of an employer group or an individual in need of financial solutions.
In Pembroke Pines Florida, she joined the Miami staff of the Children’s Home Society as the Administrative Services Director of Human Resources and Facilities Management. She returned to the healthcare industry, as the Assistant Finance Manager over Medicare and Self Pay Services for The Jessie Trice Community Health Center, Liberty City. Annette later teamed with United Healthcare as Project Manager to launch the Open Access Point of Service Plans which continues to be their benchmark program today.
Annette has always contributed to the health of her community through active participation in efforts to gather professionals to network and contribute back to the community that sustains them. In Florida she initiated and served in various leadership capacities to include President of the South Florida Health Care Executive Forum (SFHCEF). She had the distinct honor of participating in the initiation of the first “Race for the Cure” benefiting the Susan G. Komen Breast Center of Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Annette devoted her business community time to the Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce (MPPRCC) as a member and past Board of Director 2007-2010, Chair of the Women in Business Committee, 2007-2010, Annette is a graduate of the Chamber’s Leadership Class, XX.
Through these activities she received recognition from the MPPRCC as “Rookie of the Year” and “Pinnacle: 12th Annual Award Recipient,” Portada Magazine’s “Celebrating Women” selected Annette to honor as one of their emerging top women entrepreneurs.
Annette currently works and resides in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
